KJ-5 is a highly effective, broad-spectrum antimicrobial product designed to protect silicone products from bacteria.

The antimicrobial agent KJ-5 was able to effectively combat a range of bacteria and molds, such as Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, pneumoniae, Candida albicans etc.

How to use

KJ-5 is dispersed with liquid silicone rubber in a pinch or planetary blender, Recommended use ratio: 0.8-1.2%

Recommended temperatures for use: can briefly withstand temperatures below 300 ℃ when processing (measured die temperature)

Advise the customer to do a trial before use to determine the best method of use and the proportion to be used.
