NT-2 is a highly transparent internal release agent for liquid silicone with anti-aging effect. It can effectively prevent the yellowing problem of silicone caused by secondary vulcanization or long-term storage. At the same time, it can also solve the problems of traditional internal release agents blooming and boiling and turning white. It is suitable for high-quality products.

How to use

Disper this product with component A, and then it can be used for vulcanization production.

Recommended usage ratio: 0.2% ~ 0.4%

Recommended operating temperature: 120℃～200℃ (actual measured mold temperature)

Attention

It is strictly forbidden to expose to the sun and direct sunlight; keep away from fire sources, acidic substances, alkaline substances, and flammable substances; it is strictly forbidden to contact reducing agents, metal oxides, amine substances and heavy metal ions; place it in a dark, ventilated and cool place (10℃~25 ℃) to save.
